Who we are
Speedster Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “Speedster”) operates speedstermarketing.com and provides marketing services to U.S. home service business owners. Contact: info@speedstermarketing.com.
What we collect
We collect information you submit directly through our forms (name, email, phone, company, trade, service area, and message content) and basic analytics data (page views, referrer, device type, anonymized IP). On the Scale tier we also process customer data on behalf of our clients (their leads' contact info), which is governed by a separate data processing agreement and remains the property of the client.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, send the resources you requested, deliver the services you contracted, and improve the site. We don't sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes — full stop.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to operate Speedster, communicate with you, and (where applicable) deliver client services. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.
Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and basic analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies on this site. Your browser's “Do Not Track” signal is honored.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@speedstermarketing.com and we'll respond within 30 days. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA, GDPR, and UK GDPR respectively, all of which we honor on request.
Data retention
Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal and tax purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
