speedstermarketing.com is provided for informational purposes. Content on the site (including blog posts, calculators, and resources) is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for determining whether the information applies to your business.
Free resources
Calculators, lead magnets, and other free tools are provided to help home service owners think more clearly about marketing. They are not financial, legal, or business advice. Results from any model or estimator depend on your inputs and your business reality.
Service engagements
When you engage Speedster as a paid service provider, the relationship is governed by a separate written services agreement, not these site terms. That agreement covers scope, pricing, term, cancellation (always 30 days' notice — no long-term lock-ins), data ownership, and confidentiality.
No long-term contracts
We don't use 12-month minimums or kill fees. All Speedster engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We earn the relationship every month.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand marks, photography, and copy belong to Speedster Marketing. Don't republish without written permission. Client work product (websites we build, ad creative we cut, automation we configure) is licensed to the client during the engagement and ownership transfers per the services agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Speedster Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its free resources. Liability for paid services is governed by the services agreement, not these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Speedster Marketing is registered. Disputes will be resolved in good faith and, if necessary, in the appropriate court of that jurisdiction.
